Fw: Destroy 45 55 galons drums

Hi, folks,

     This is a little off-topic, but I just got this (rather desperate)
email from El Salvador where some guy needs to destroy some pretty nasty
chemical pesticide, phosphorus-based (Cygon is one of its trade names). I'm
not sure how to respond, anyone with any ideas please respond to him and cc
to me. Best would be some technology that binds the phosphorus.
