MSWtEnergy poison pumps in Britain

Hello People

Tim Barton a friend of mine phoned today. It seems that a company called
Kent EnviroPower has revealed plans to build a Waste to Energy poison
pump.  The have said there is 22 sites that may be suitable (depending
which area puts up the least resistance I guess?) and they are looking
at them all.

One of the sites in in Allington, Maidstone, Kent.

Kent EnviroPower have some connection with Leigh Environmental ( now
Onyx, a French concern) of Walsall and Sealasafe fame. 
Tim believes they have a U.S connection called "Pacific Cure" or
"Kabanr",  any info on them would be helpful - 

 As would any on fluidised bed technology. I have a few notes from
INFORM's "Burning Garbage in the US"   but it seems we keep hearing
about this wonderful technology but have seen no reports/papers on it.
No industrial PR crap please.

INFORM mention plants in Duluth (Minnesota), Japan, Norway and Sweden

It would be interesting to hear from anyone in Japan as to whether this
particular plant is one of those pumping out dioxin like hell.
