repeat - with important typo corrected

(In my last mail message, the message should have ended "meat, dairy
products, and fish, in which dioxin BIOACCUMULATES, not bio-degrades. Sorry
for the confusion. The correct message is:)

In 1994, the EPA issued its Draft Dioxin Reassessment - which was supposed
to be released to the public late in 1994. Unfortunately, the EPA has
delayed releasing the report to the public.
The most important chapter of the Reassessment - the Risk Characterization
of the Health Assessment - is now available online for viewing with an
ordinary browser, at
http://www.cqs.com/dioxheal.htm
or www.cqs.com and click on Toxic Alert, then click on dioxin information,
and then EPA Dioxin Reassessment.

It is in this chapter that the EPA summarizes the statistics regarding
dioxin's super-toxicity and concentrations in soil, air, and food, which
have signaled the alarm bells about one of the environment's most serious
problems - the poisoning of the world's food supply, especially meat, dairy
products, and fish, in which dioxin BIOACCUMULATES to super-toxic levels.
