EPA Dioxin Reassessment - anyone have it in soft form?

Hi, folks,

      I've received several requests by people seeking pointers to the
Dioxin Reassessment. So far, I have only been able to obtain soft-form
copies of the Executive Summaries, not the entire documents. Does anyone out
there have the rest in WordPerfect format?
