Belgian TV reviews alternatives to MSW incineration

Dear listers,

Even if you cannot tune to RTBF1 (the case for most of you), a Belgian TV
station which is not relayed by any satellite, what follows might interest
you.

On Feb. 19, RTBF1 airs a report on alternatives to MSW incineration. Report
will cover MSW thermolysis next to other technologies if any.
