@Mr. Fleming, Mr. Pope, and others on this distribution, FYI:

@1. NIC.VI is reserved for the .VI registry, and has never been delegated

What about WWW.NIC.VI ?
Since the .VI registry does not seem to do standard <SLD>.VI
delegations, but instead, direct delegations of WWW.<SLD>.VI.,
why would your registry delegate WWW.NIC.VI to Unir Corporation
with your full knowledge of our intent to market .VI names and
then turn around and decide that this is "reserved" ?...and removed ?
@2. NetNames has not been promised NIC.VI
@
Thanks for clarifying that. What is the relationship of Netnames
to the .VI registry ?
@3. In connection with fee based consulting services to assist in the
@automation of the .VI registry, you requested a system administrator here
@to set up a test NIC.VI record so you could demonstrate your 'work in
@process'.
@
@Imagine our surprise when "www.nic.vi" appeared on the net as a UNIR site
@representing that it was the .VI REGISTRY, offering to register
@names in .VI at DOUBLE the official fees.
@
@(we first learned of this site when www.nic.vi appeared in your signature
@file in an e-mail

This is absolutely not true.
1. You have been fully aware of everything to date.
2. This is not a test. You are supposedly running the .VI TLD Registry.
It is listed in the U.S. Government's legacy Root Name Servers.
You claim to have been developing it for years, yet there only
about 50 names registered.
3. You set your rates and we double them as a standard practice.
Why are your rates so high ?
As I have said many times, I prefer pricing based on the cost
to deliver the service.
4. Unir has spent thousands of dollars of time and travel expenses
developing back office registry software AT YOUR LOCATION, under
your direction for the past few months. This has been an attempt to
bring the .VI registry up to minimal industry standards. Unir has not
charged you anything.
5. When Unir would not enter into hypothetical business ventures that
you are still dreaming about, you decided to remove WWW.NIC.VI.
Now, you have unilaterally decided that NIC.VI belongs to you.
What about the following ? Who "owns" them ?
INTERNET.VI
INTERNIC.VI
DOMAIN.VI
COM.VI
