Here is a story which concerns MCI legal department issuing threats to
companies that are reporting Internet backbone statistics that might be
used against MCI/Worldcom in DOJ merger review.

"MCI Accussed of Bully Tactics:  Sites that measure Net Traffic are
feeling the heat after MCI, a major backbone provider, put legal
pressure on one of its own."
