Is this answer proposed as a joke? Sure IPV8 doesn't carry much weight at
the moment but what does that have to do with ARIN's foot-dragging with
regards to address reclamation? I'm sure ARIN knows as well as I do that
there are a _large_ number of class A and B nets out there going nearly
and in many cases entirely unused.
One reason ARIN might not be interested in reclaiming unused address is
that they can more easily justify outrageous fees by fabricating a
shortage.
