Does ARIN "own" the IPs ?

Who takes remedial action over ARIN ?

Is ARIN now a law enforcement agency ?

Why does ARIN have a monopoly ?

How can ARIN get away with "fixing" prices in conjunction with RIPE and APNIC ?

How does a commercial activity like ARIN obtain IRS non-profit status ?

Did the National Science Foundation "bid" the ARIN give away ?
