Re: DOJ wimped out



DOJ is expected to file a much broader case against MS in the next 90
days.  What is crucial now, as DOJ decides what to do, is that DOJ has
very specific and concrete evidence of anticompetitive conduct, which it
can use in the case.  Now is the time for people to step forward, and
contact DOJ directly.   Jamie
