State OIl v. Kahn

Greetings,

I am finishing a short article in Dutch about recent developments in the
treatment of resale price maintenance. In this article, I refer to
the Supreme Court's decision in State Oil v. Khan, as well as to the DOJ
and FTC's amicus brief. Can anyone tell me whether they have been
published, other than on the internet ?
