Others do care. And companies like AOL are well aware that if
they interfere with another company's business prospects, they'll
be liable too.

Why should you need to hire an expensive lawyer, and file suit, to
get Microsoft to listen? This is a sign that the company is too
large, too powerful, and way, way out of control.
