Appeals court rules in favor of profs

An appeals court has upheld a prior ruling that Microsoft cannot have
access to the confidential audio tapes recorded by Professors David Yoffie
and Michael Cusumano during interviews with Netscape executives.
Microsoft's Jim Cullinan would not say whether or not Microsoft will accept
the ruling.
