First, if the question was to users, not purchasers of computers, that
might explain a significant portion of the results. Second, a great
number of individuals have been _goaded_ into buying Windows. They're
been told daily year after year by the "experts" that no viable choices
exist, and even that choice really _ought_ not exist (the standards
argument). They've been misled, which is the real shame. Third, if you
happen to own a Ford and despise it, that doesn't imply that you'll trade
it in tomorrow, only that you _might_ at your earliest opportunity. A lag
between buyer remorse and buyer choice should be expected.
Anyway, I hope we're not in for a session of stuck caps-lock debate.
