Yes.... The programmer says he must kill himself as an example to others,
"In our booth at COMDEX."

The real irony in this, of course, is that one could die of suffocation
merely as a result of ENTERING Microsoft's booth at COMDEX. The crowd
there was packed so tightly as to be illegal. And representatives
of other companies, regardless of how large, important, or innovative
they were, were packed into tiny little cubicles designed to
make them look as small and trivial as possible.

In short, the booth was a microcosm of "The World According to Microsoft."
