It's not the browser
I agree with Norm's comment that "its not the browser." From a policy
perspective, it would be nice if people in the government talking more
generally about the future of electronic commerce and multi-media
delivered through the Internet, and about the policies that would best
promote competition and innovation. Microsoft's acts are very harmful,
but even if there was handful of large firms controlling everything,
this is not necessarily the best alternative. Jamie
