Gates: "We haven't changed our business practices AT ALL."

According to Intel's McGready, Bill Gates told Intel executives that its
business practices were not changed in the least by the 1995 consent decree
-- echoing assertions by US District Court judge Stanley Sporkin that the
decree was too narrow and weak to serve the public interest. Gates also
lost credibility when remarks made during his videotape deposition were
shown to conflict directly both with eyewitness accounts and with his own
e-mail. See
