SPA comments on QuickTime allegations

The SPA has addressed the issue of Microsoft breaking compatibility with
competing products.  The Macintouch web site quotes SPA President Ken
Wasch as saying:

"If this were the only circumstance, it might be dismissed as an
inadvertent programming error.  But these kinds of allegations have been
made publicly in probably half a dozen cases."
