Really?  So, I could create a partition with FDISK, and then put
the IE CD into the CDROM, and boot off the CD, which would
install IE onto the unformatted partition?  Once rebooting, I'd
find a new entry on my System Commander menu called "Internet
Explorer"?

Hmm.  That is interesting indeed.  I didn't know that IE could
run without Windows being installed.  I'll have to try that.
