See the DOJ's exhibit 1109 (http://www.usdoj.gov/atr/cases/f2000/1109.pdf)
on a Microsoft memo regarding the positioning of IE5. The thingy just 
into beta2.

Just a phrase: although Windows can't work without an integrated IE, IE can
work without the rest of Windows.
