As I think I made quite clear in two of my previous messages, I am well
aware of the legal distinction you are drawing.  However, that does not
mean than general, non-legal definitions of "crime" have suddenly become
irrelevant.

This mailing list is not a courtroom.  If it were, I would be more
sympathetic to your position.
