Now, if it had been McDonald's instead of Morton's, and everyone got
both a copy of WIN 98 and a happy meal, then I might have believed your
satire was real. Swapping jokes about Janet Reno happens from the DOJ to
the halls of Congress. No satire there. Any McSoft lobbyists could then
co-promote the tab, trading the Happy Meal for the true value of a WIN
98 CD-Rom. (which roughly equals the cost of a hamburger).

We know Bill G eats only at McDonalds in Moscow, so we could surmise
that his favorite DC watering hole would be the McDonalds' nearest the
Smithsonian.

Did you know that when Janet Reno reboots her computer, that she
sometimes sprains her ankle?
