Hum.  I guess this was due to MS delaying release of W98 over a weekend
to discuss last minute negotiations with DOJ last June?  Good thing it wasn't
delayed any more!

Not having read the article yet, I will say that if for any reason the US IT
lead =is= at risk, =in my opinion= (at this point), it is a side effect of
having
the market so skewed to one company who has make-or-break power over
a lot of other sw companies and service related businesses, and has absolutely
no qualms about using it to their sole advantage.
