	Going by my personal experience I'd have to disagree. The computer
companies in this area (admittedly rural, but still) have overcharged me
for bad equipment, tried to mislead me about various computer-related
things and continually refused to service their warranties. And the OEM
for this shitbox computer put in Windows 3.11 by default, didn't ask if
I wanted it, didn't offer any alternatives, just put it in and charged
for it. Very unsupportive companies that toed the Microsoft line.
