	It's simple.. Since the OS and Browser departments of Microsoft Corp.
are now one and the same, The Behemoth will just claim Windows 98 is an
upgrade to IE with a free operating system wrapped around it. Since the
decrees and orders only cover successor versions of Windows, a new, very
expensive browser upgrade wouldn't be affected by them. (If it comes
down to it, I'd bet big money Ms lawyers use that tactic for another 6
months of delay.) If you don't believe me, think about how unbelieveable
the events of the last eight months seemed 3 years ago.
