Re: Feedmag on "Where do you want to go tomorrow?



	I agree with Katherine. Having options, choice, in O/S's is a positive and
not a negative. The underlying issue, in my mind, is standards. Standards
which allow for the free-flow of ideas and information across a wide
variety of platforms. Perhaps this is the first case of "O/S racism" in the
information age. We like the look and ignore the underlying issues which
could lead to the demise, or at least pause,  of development. 
	In my humble opinion we are, as a society, choosing quantity and
proliferation over quality improvement. What a shame, and how typical.
