     I wouldn't be too quick to allow the OEMs off the hook, the truth
is that M$ couldn't have pulled it off without them.  Although it's
true that at this time they have little choice but to play ball with
M$, but it wasn't always like that.  As much as I hate to see OEMs
bullied by M$ my sympathy isn't with the OEMs themselves.  They made
their bed, but what's sad is that they're able to force the consumer to
sleep in it along with them.
