Now that these deliberations generally have all but evacuated the area of logic science and plan, caving in to the realm of paparazzi events, the Berst perspective summary outlined in

seems to echo the sentiments of this ol' gent, memorializing the transitions taking place that are likely ushering in, as JB puts it, " the resulting decade of lawsuits (that) will sap vitality from the entire industry."
Is this the crux of the matter? Re-evaluating the rights of individual access to, or provision of, information and how we label the intentions of those who are trying to define them by self-serving doctrine?
I guess. It may well serve to help clarify illusion for a future's consideration.
