     I didn't have any trouble either with Netscape under OS/2 (a
hybrid of v3.0 with a v2.02 frontend).  What some people might be
experiencing is a problem with the priority given to serving non-M$
browsers.  The claim has been made before, in which case how easily the
page loaded would depend on how many IE users were also connected to
the server.
