With the source code release of Netscape, it might be possible to create
two identical versions with the exception that one tells the web server
that it's a netscape browser and the other tells the server it's MS IE.
Run the two puppies and see if the 'biased' one connects faster/first.
Then we could truly determine if MS is keying on the browser, which to
me would/should be against the law.

Then again, anyone with enough html protocol knowledge might be able to
write enough protocol level stuff to immulate the same thing???
