I think you've been spoofed.

All the person needs to do to achieve this is put a link on the page
that begins with "file://c:". It doesn't mean anyone can see files
on your computer.

Don't believe me? Well, if you have a mail program that understands
URLs, click on the highlighted text above and watch what happens.
