As far as I can tell, I2O is a pretty blatant effort to lock out Public Domain software, academics, and anyone else who doesn't play the game. The use of NDA's is simply ridiculous. If the public is going to have to use (and pay for) these things then the public should not be excluded from information about them. I believe more congress/DOJ/press letters are in order Mark
