MS calls WINDOWS an APPLICATION

Another example of MS condemning itself.  

I copied this off the screen the last time "windows" crashed on me.
MS calls the thing that's crashing "windows" an "application,"
because, of course, it is.  At this level, when the stuff is crashing,
MS can't sustain the ruse that windows is part of the OS.
