I know about a couple of these products. ATM has not collapsed and won't 
so long as Adobe continues to sell Postscript fonts. Microsoft's effort 
to coopt Stac's technology resulted in a successful lawsuit that cost 
Microsoft $120 million. RAM doubler is still sold.
