It's a long article, most of it goes right over my head, but may be of
interest to some of you, especially the programmers.  I don't know enough
about programming or its history to comment on the accuracy of what he says.
Possibly gives insight into M$ methods, and goals. 

There may be other, non-M$, stories of interest to some at the site.
