typo in WIPO Post - email address is: diploconf@uspto.gov

It was pointed out to me that I made a mistake in the email address for 
the PTO comments on the WIPO treaty in the closing section of my Primer.
 
   The correct email address is:   diploconf@uspto.gov


   NOT  pdiploconf@uspto.gov  , which was a typo. 

  I regret the confusion...... jamie
