        As many of you already know there is a site called "Thomas"
[http://thomas.loc.gov/] which allows you to find U.S. legislative
information on the internet. Among its many useful features is allowing you
to search out committee reports by keyword. And it allows you to link
directly to the reports.

For example, the following came up when I searched under foreign military
sales:
