Bad-boys Laws & thanks

Dear Dioxin-Lers,
 Thanks for the leads which a number of you gave me for information on 
WMI, and BFI violations.
 On a positive note: -- last night our county commissioners delayed 
contracts with all garbage haulers until they can rewrite the contracts 
to exclude fellons, price fixers, dumpers, etc. I did find one 
reference to a Ohio "bad-boys law". Do any of you have any other 
references to actual statutes which we could copy?
