BFI, WMI, & Carolina Container

Dear Dioxin-L 
  BFI, WMI, and Carolina Container Corp are trying to get additional 
grabage hauling contracts for our county (Davie Co., NC). 
 
  I wish to provide our County Commissioners a list of their social 
 behavior. I am looking for price fixing, fellony charges against 
 corperate leaders, etc. Any leads to this information would be helpful.
