dioxin testing

        Can anyone tell me how much it costs to test various media (soil,
water, oil, wood) for PCDDs and PCDFs?  I need to have these media tested
for the 2,3,7,8 substituted cogeners.  I need a reading of the
concentrations of these cogeners.  I remember reading that Dow bought the
patent for a new cheap dioxin test.  What is the status of that test?  Will
it test for concentrations of various cogeners and isomers?  What is Dow
doing with the test?  Is it available?  Who does it?  Did Dow buy it just to
bury it?
