To all:


I have two questions I am hoping you can help me with:

1)   Does anyone have any good information on the toxicity of chlorine 
dioxide, its associated health effects, and the ultimate environmental 
fate of chlorine dioxide used in the bleaching process?

2)   Have any states passed paper or chlorine/free products procurement 
policies, and if so, where can I obtain copies of the 
policies/legislation etc.?
