Name that Scan

The attached .gif is a copy of an ---- scan qualitative analysis from
a set of lab reports.  My copies of all the sheets like these have
the four letter word/acronym obliterated.  The first letter looks like
a P or an F.

The lab which did the test refuses to give ANY information on their
reports except to the paying (polluting) client.  But these results
are part of public record in the case of a permit which is being
appealed.

Can anyone tell me what the four letters are?
