UPDATE: Cancer Prevention Coalition Critiques Risk Proposals

I contacted the Cancer Prevention Coalition (cpc@igc.apc.org) to find out more
about the commission in my earlier email.  This was their reply:

The Commission on Risk Assessment and Risk Management was mandated by 
the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments and was appointed by various higher 
ups in government, i.e. the president, the speaker of the house, etc. 
I believe it is unrelated to the Great Lakes Commission.  The full 
document of the Commission on Risk Assessment and Risk Management can 
be obtained from www.riskworld.com.
