Subject: Re: Frog Deformities

I'd like to thank all of the people who responded to my request for
information on frog deformities and organochlorine pollutants. The
responses were most informative. For those of you with a continuing
interest in this area, I urge you to contact Joe Titge with the EPA
lab in Deluth MN who is coordinating research in this area. A good
text is the Robert C. Stebbins book: "A natural history of
amphibians" 1995, Princeton Univ Press. Also this will be a hot topic
at the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC)
conference in Washinton DC the week of Novemer 17.
