He's bAAAck (keith schneider)

anyone who listened to the most recent of npr's _living on earth_ 1/2 hr
show (hosted by steve curwood, who's been aggressive in covering the
endocrine disruption issue) will have heard ex _nyt_'s reporter, as a
commentator/editorialist for l.o.e. in fact, he (or curwood) introduced
himself as the "former reporter, now editorialist"--i would have said
*former* editorialist (actually, apologist), myself.

for those wondering what i'm on about, schneider is the 2-legged a**hole
who ended up admiting he fabricated the statement, printed in a series of
articles about environemtal alarmists: "[a teaspoon of?] dioxin is no more
dangerous than a week in the sun", amongst other [deliberate, imo] lies and
nonsense. see various back issues of _rachel's_ (_rehw_) for detailed
descriptions of his printed nonsense. in fact i'll lay odds that peter
montague will very soon be featuring him again!

some may know that after retiring from reporting, schneider spent a couple
years in michigan, heading a land use advocacy group of one ilk or another.
wonder where his funding comes from. wonder who is sponsoring his career
as an editorialist? i am extremly disapointed loe has signed him on, even
as an editorialist, given his history of fraud in reporting.
