Once again, I apologize to those who are receiving this unintentionally.  
I would like to make it clear that CCHW, the owner of this list, DID NOT 
subscribe anyone without their consent.  The problem is either a computer 
error, or the list has been a victim of sabotage.  I ask once again for 
your patience.  I am unsubscribing people as fast as the requests come 
in.  

As far as how to unsubscribe, those directions and all other list 
commands are easily obtained by sending a message to 
listproc@essential.org with the body message:

HELP

This will send you back all relevant information.  Questions not covered 
in the help file can be addressed to me at dioxin-l-owner@essential.org.
