Re unsubscribing from dioxin list
I'm not sure, but to unsubscribe you might try sending the message:
unsubscribe dioxin-l (that's a small "L" at the end)
to: listproc@essential.org
Or to speak to the person in charge of the list at Essential.ORG, you might send
a message to:
<list name>-owner@essential.org
(The list name is dioxin-l)
The only other thought I have is that perhaps someone put the dioxin list onto
some other list and you're receiving it through there. I'd look at the path
trace and see if you're receiving this mail through another list, and if so, you
need to speak to that list owner about not wanting the dioxin list items to be
on that list.
In all cases, I ask that some of you be a bit nicer to the people on this list
who very likely had no role in you getting this unwanted mail. I know the
situation is frustrating, but yelling at the wrong people is of no use to
anyone....
Hope this info helps. I've also written to the address that I believe is the
list adminstrator to ask that they also look into this.
