change in epa pcdd/f method?

our state haz waaste agency is housecleaning its administrative rules.  one
change is to delete a reference to appendix X of 40cfr261, which sets forth
analytical procedures for pcdd/f.  generally montana's haz waste rules
mirror the federal rules.

does anyone know if epa is deleting this method? are they replacing it?
what's up?
