Albin,

You can stop by COPA's PCB Clearinghouse at
http://copa.org/

We have nearly 25 megs of information concerning PCBs and their
remediations. We stopped construction of an experimental
garbage-fueled(!!) toxic waste incinerator from being built here, and
we have quite a bit of information about incineration and alternative
remediation technologies. If you have any difficulty finding the
info you want, write to me and I will search for you. (We have just
converted this site from a BBS to a website with ftp libraries, and much
of our info is "hiding" in the deep in our computer.) At the libraries
page, read the index files for a brief description of all the files
in that library.

Best of luck.
