Mark and Jim, 
The PVC plastics industry is also building more plants in U.S. Third 
World states. Louisiana is getting PVC plastics factories from Japan and 
other countries, and we have no say so either.  Furthermore, our 
Republican Governor gives multi-million dollar tax breaks for such 
companies to pollute the living daylights out of us, while most the media 
is paid to keeps us ignorant.
